Kilitik is a very fresh sauce based on green apple and kiwi, with lots of vegetables (green peppers, endive, celery, etc.) lots of lime and cilantro to accompany the chili protagonist; a habanero red savina that invites the initiated to climb a little on the scale of hotness.
Ingredients
Cider vinegar, water, apple, kiwi, EVOO, Italian green pepper, endive, coriander, lime, celery, mint and as a spicy, the Red Savina habanero.
